Booking and rental terms for apartments and flats
Translation for information only; the Polish version is binding.
These terms set out the conditions for booking and renting our apartments and flats.
By making a booking and paying the deposit, the guest accepts these terms.
Booking
You can ask about availability:

After checking availability, we will reply by e-mail or phone with information on availability, the total price and the deposit amount.
Deposit
A booking requires a deposit equal to 2 nights; the deposit is non-refundable.
The booking is confirmed once the deposit is credited to our bank account; we will send the account number by e-mail.
Please include your full name and the booked dates in the transfer title.
Booking confirmation
We confirm the booking within 24 hours of receiving the deposit.
Payment
In cash when collecting the keys.
Rental conditions
The price stated in the booking confirmation includes utilities.
Children under 3 stay free if they sleep in their own cot and do not need extra bed linen.
Additional charges and house rules
Guests agree to leave the property in the condition in which they found it. Dishes should be washed and put away, and moved furniture returned to its original place.
Please let us know your expected key collection time (by phone or e-mail) no later than the day before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure (approximate times).
Check-in requires payment for the stay and presentation of an ID card or passport.
Apartments are handed over clean, in working order, furnished and equipped. Guests are responsible for the property entrusted to them. Damage and soiling caused by improper use are charged to the guest, who returns the apartment in an undamaged condition.
A final cleaning fee of PLN 250 is added to the rental price.
Guests must immediately report any damage or missing items found in the apartment and any damage caused by themselves or third parties during the stay. The guest covers the full cost of such damage and its repair.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately in the case of inappropriate behaviour, disturbing the peace, not respecting quiet hours or generally accepted standards of conduct.
Guests are fully financially liable for any damage caused to the building, the apartment and its equipment, and must immediately inform the owner of any events that may cause harm to them or others and of any damage caused.
Guests use the apartment as intended and with due care, paying particular attention to the proper use of the water and electrical installations and appliances.
Guests are responsible for observing health, safety and fire regulations.
The price does not include insurance. Guests use the services at their own risk; the owner is not liable for injuries, damage or loss of guests' property during the stay.
The guest must pay the full price of the stay even in the case of late arrival or early departure for reasons not attributable to the owner.
